At Squish Vault, every item is sourced through authorized channels — so you're always getting the real thing. No duds, no fakes, no guessing. Just sealed, satisfying products packed and shipped by hand with care.
Authorized Sourcing
We source every product — from NeeDoh classics to limited blind-box drops — through authorized distribution channels. "Authorized" means we purchase directly from or through channels recognized by the brand or their official distributors, not from gray-market or third-party resellers. This is how we stand behind our Vault Verified promise.
Sealed Packaging
All items ship in their original sealed packaging, exactly as received from our supplier. We do not open, repack, or inspect the contents of blind-box items before shipping. The seal you receive is the manufacturer's seal — untouched by us.
Because of this, items must be returned in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened or played-with items are not eligible for return under our Refund Policy.
Blind-Box Pull Expectations
Blind-box collectibles are designed so the character or figure inside is a surprise — that's the fun of the pull! Here's what to know before you order:
- The character you receive is random. We cannot guarantee a specific figure, colorway, or edition from a blind-box assortment.
- Duplicates are possible if you order multiple units from the same series.
- Limited-edition drops may sell through quickly — we list availability as accurately as possible but cannot hold items once stock is gone.
- Rarity tiers, if any, are determined by the manufacturer's assortment ratios, not by us.
If you receive an item that appears damaged or defective — not simply a character you didn't prefer — please contact us immediately at squishvaultshop@gmail.com with your order details and photos.
Identifying Your Squish Vault Item
Authentic items sourced through Squish Vault will arrive:
- In original, factory-sealed packaging
- With any manufacturer branding or labeling intact
- Packed by hand with care before shipping
If the packaging on your item appears tampered with or does not match what was shown in the product listing, contact us before opening the item at squishvaultshop@gmail.com.
Scent & Texture Variations
Squishy collectibles are tactile and often scented products. Variations in scent intensity and texture are normal across production batches and are not indicators of a counterfeit or defective item. If you believe your item has a specific defect beyond normal variation, reach out and we'll take a look.
Age & Gift Suitability
Always follow the manufacturer's age recommendation printed on the product packaging. Squish Vault carries items suitable for a wide range of ages, from sensory toys for younger children to collector pieces for teens and adults. When purchasing as a gift, check the packaging label on the product listing for age guidance specific to that item.

- Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth — do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaning agents.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve scent and color.
- Follow any specific care instructions printed on the product packaging, which take precedence over general guidance here.
Returns: Sealed Package Policy
We have a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original sealed packaging — unopened and unplayed with.
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
